Her Story-Description
This original Vintage bicycle is still the same as when its only owner bought it in the early 80s and it is still in very good conditions. I however disassembled it in order to clean properly every single piece since it was left in a garage for few years with dust and dried grease. I then reassemble it with clean grease where necessary and changed those cables and housings which were teared apart. A very as it should be vintage bicycle for connoisseurs. The bike is ready to ride though I believe tubular tyres should be replaced soon because they are a bit old. I didn’t change the tubular tyres that are old because I thought the buyer may wish to consider to change wheels all together with clinchers type.
OLMO Biciclette (OLMO Bicycles) was born in 1939 in the Italian region call Liguria from the overwhelming passion of Giuseppe Olmo, a legendary cycling champion (famous for setting the Hour Record in 1935). After a career studded with successes, Giuseppe – known as Gepin – fervently dedicated himself to building bicycles.
