Her Story-Description

A young new owner had bought it from the family of the original owner, a guy who passed already sometime ago. This young person had tried to figure out what to do with the bike, but then he lost the passion, so he sold it to me. I had to disassembled every single piece of it  because some parts need to be properly  cleaned and few other replaced with parts relevant to the period of the bike. It’s is still in Italy because i didn’t had enough time to finish the work, but I will bring it here with the next shipment. Beautiful vintage though.

The Colnago Sport was an entry level bicycle manufactured from the late 1970’s to the 1980’s. The lower price point made it more accessible to enthusiasts when compared with the top-tier Colnago racing bikes of the era like the Colnago Super. Whilst the Colnago Sport was not listed in any of the official Colnago literature of that era, online research indicates that it was sold as a complete bicycle, specifically for the German and North American markets.
