Her Story-Description:

This frame started life as a genuine Bianchi Rekord Corsa — a solid, high-quality frame with all the right details. At some point, however, the owner had a rather creative idea… to repaint it as a Cinelli. I decided to keep things as they are, preserving all the original parts in case the next owner  wishes to return it to its iconic celeste Bianchi colour. It’s now fully restored, rides beautifully, and carries a story that’s just as interesting as its look. A great vintage bicycle with real character — it deserves someone who appreciates both its soul and its story.

The BIANCHI company, founded by Edoardo Bianchi in Milan in 1885, is one of the oldest and most renowned bicycle manufacturers in the world, as well as an important brand in the cycling sector.

The BIANCHI Rekord 748 is a vintage road bike known for its classic Italian design and high-quality components, particularly from the late 1970s. It features a lugged steel frame, often made with Columbus tubing, and is typically equipped with Bianchi and Campagnolo components. The iconic celeste colorway is common, but other colours were also available. The Bianchi Rekord 748 is a part of Bianchi’s legacy, associated with  the victories like Felice Gimondi.
